Having an annual holiday party is a great way to spend time with your employees outside of work and for your employees to spend time with their fellow co-workers. It can be a great way to raise moral and to recognize some of your employee’s accomplishments from the past year. It can also inspire people to work harder so that they can be presented with an award and be recognized in front of the whole company. It’s also a great way to start off the year and to take a brief moment to address the employees as a whole and tell them about anything new and exciting you have in store for them for the new year ahead.
In the beginning the Justin’s Barbershop® Awards Ceremony & Holiday Party started as a simple dinner of no more than a few employees. As the Justin’s Barbershop® brand grew and we opened more locations our awards ceremony and holiday parties grew in size too. Today, all of the staff from our corporate locations gather together for a huge, fun and exciting night.
We extend the offer and invitation to all of our Justin’s Barbershop System Franchisees to attend the Justin’s Barbershop® Corporate Annual Employee Awards Ceremony & Holiday Party each year. We truly love having them as part of the Justin’s Barbershop franchise family and we strive to keep a close connection with each any every franchisee in the system. We also want each franchisee to build strong relationships with each other. We hope all of our franchisees can attend each year.
